When Lou first joined T1DIAL Training, he weighed 525 pounds. Walking more than 150 steps left him out of breath, and he had just gone through a serious health scare that required exploratory surgery—all because he couldn’t even fit inside the MRI machines.

From Barely Moving to Crushing 10,000+ Steps a Day
Lou started small, but he stayed consistent. Now? He’s one of our most dedicated clients. He hits 10,000 steps a day, and he’s even had days where he hit 28,000 just to challenge himself.
He trains 3 times a week, and get this—on a recent vacation, Lou actually checked if the hotel had a gym. He used to joke about people like that. Now, he is one of them… and he loves it.
